Question: What is the quickest way to lose belly fat (5-10 pounds) and keep it off? PLEASE HELP!!?
im 16, 5'7 and 160 pounds!! im not overweight but would like to lose 5-10 pounds before summer. i do excercise but what are most effective/ foods that will burn fat?

Avoid to much sodium intake as well as sugar intake, those two make your stomach feel bloated and look bloated to. Eating vegetables, fish, fruits, oatmeal. Start doing a lot of cardio workouts like running, etc.



Hi. I'm 5'8.5" and a medium frame. I know my weight category does go up to 160. However, when I am at the top of my weight category, I have belly fat. When I lose pounds, I lose fat.

You cannot lose fat from one part of your body. What I recommend is that you talk to your doctor and identify an appropriate weight for your height and size. Then you need to lose weight and build muscle.

I would suggest the Fat X Program from the Fat X 101 site. The fat burning workout videos are free and the diet is pretty simple and easy to follow. It's been helping me lose fat, inches, and I can tell my body is more way more toned. Good luck.
