Will I gain weight I ate 1000 calories today after 2 weeks of 600 calories per d!

Question: Will I gain weight I ate 1000 calories today after 2 weeks of 600 calories per day?
I'm terrified that I'm going to be heavier when I step on the scales tomorrow :( I tried to throw up some of the cake I ate but I couldn't get to the toilet for over a hour as my housemates were hanging out in the hallway.

Btw I am 5'1" and 99lbs.

Answers:

you have a problem, stop stressing about it, the stress can add weight, and negate all your work.

Okay, I can tell you don't know how the human body works.

You are putting your body in starvation mode when you eat the wrong foods that don't have the right nutrients or if your calorie count is too low. I am guessing that you will gain weight because you are doing it all wrong.

Instead of starving yourself and eating cake, be full and eat the right things so you lose weight instead of gain it. Cake is full of fat and empty calories

Try a diet plan like this:
Breakfast: Oatmeal and tea
Snack: Medium sized piece of fruit
Lunch: Lean meat steamed veggies
Snack: Celery sticks
Dinner: Lean meat and steamed veggies
Snack: Almonds or other healthy snack

Don't go less than 1000 calories- EVER unless you want to gain weight.

You are damaging your body VERY badly. The recommended calorie uintake a day for somebody your height is aboout 2,600. Throwing won't help you lose that much weight you know. By the way, 99 lbs is way too skinny. Being a stick won't make you a model.

In short, no you will not gain weight.

girl, you're already skinny and probably hot so don't put too much thought into it

WHAT THE **** IS WRONG WITH YOU
