How can you stop from getting skinny if you work out?!


Question: How can you stop from getting skinny if you work out?
I have been working out 3 days a week, and my weight has been about the same but I am skinner, I am building muscle but I look very skinny and Iw as small before i started working out!

First of all, if you are born skinny, it is very hard to become very muscular and get big. Even if you eat a lot, you will still gain weight but you will most likely end up still being skinny.

2nd of all: Since you are born his way, you can't stop it from happening....... Just stick to it

3rd: go swimming, ( at least this will help you get taller)

To build bulk you need to lift weights (either free or machine). You have to lift near the max you can for a few reps each set. If you lift lighter weights (with more reps) you will tone, but not bulk. Lots of protein in your diet. I would really stay away from the supplements - they are going to cost you a fortune, not do much, and risk your health.



Consider using supplements such as protein powder. Creatine can be helpful, but make sure you get good information on what exactly it is. Eat lots of foods that contain protein.
