Question: How is this possible?
I've been on vacation this past long weekend, and I've been eating a lot at all the restaurants I've gone out to. Tomorrow, I have a doctors appointment and I am going to be weighed. Is there a way I could weigh what i weighed before vacation for the appointment? Maybe skipping breakfast and lunch and eating later?

well it all depends on how much exercise you got during your vacation. if your doctors appointment is noon or before you could try skipping breakfast and also not drinking a lot of fluids, this will at least make you weigh less as far as having less food and water in your stomach to be weighed. its not a good idea to skip breakfast but if its an earlier appointment you could try it. tell your doctor that you were on vacation and the restaurants did you in. just be honest. im sure they would rather hear that you gained weight because you were on vacation over you just sitting at home gaining weight which would be far more unacceptable to them probably

Skipping a meal will only slow your metabolism and make you gain weight. Plus, there's no way you'll be able to lose a pound within a day unless you're on the Biggest Loser and work out all day :) Just tell the doctor about your vacation and if you need to lose weight, he or she will tell you how.
