Question: I need a suggestion on if my diet is safe for ME? 10 points, please?
Need to lose 5 pounds by March 23rd. Im going to the doctors and i gained 5 lbs since the last visit & i dont want them to see the jump in weight gain. Starting today i ate 1000 calories of healthy foods and walked about 3-4 miles and jogged about 1-2 miles. Im 5'2" and 115 pounds so i dont burn a whole lot if i exercise, just about 200-300 calories. 115 lbs might not sound like alot but since the 5 lb difference i started seeing cellulite, so no need to say im already thin, it wont make a difference.
Once im done at the doctors i will start dieting healthier, i just NEED to lose these 5 pounds.

Do you think its possible for me to lose the 5 pounds in 30 days?

The fact that you only ate 1000 calories will be problematic. When you eat so few calories, your body goes into starvation mode. It desperately attempts to hold on to fat reserves and to convert as many calories as possible to fat. In order to do so, it slows your metabolism, resulting in problems with your immune system as well as a lack of energy. It also starts cannibalizing muscle tissue for energy.

You need to eat at least 1500-1600 calories or more daily.
