good exercises to tone stomach muscles?!


Question: Good exercises to tone stomach muscles?
I'm 15 years old, am 5 foot and 3 inches tall and i weigh under 105 pounds.
I am definitely not over weight, i was just wandering if anyone knew any good exercises to really tone my stomach muscles, and give me abs or just a nice defined stomach.

Crunches are good.

I would say sit-ups are alsways the best. Start with fifty then 75 then 100, 125, 150. After that add weights or a medicine ball. Another good exercise are pushups. They tone your arms and stomach. If you don't really want to do your arms you can do this thing were you are in push-up position, but you are on your arms instead of hands and you hold up for as long as you can.

Sit ups. push ups, or simply running, doing a pushup position but on your elbows are good too. But make sure you push to your limit and eat a healthy diet. Also keep it mind, if you are going to gain muscle you will gain weight too.

Just go for a shot run 5 times a week, 20-30 min. This will help tone you legs, butt, and stomach. Plus you'll feel really good, but you probably won't drop any weight, unless you don't eat.



You should do planks at least twice a day, then some abdominal crunches :)
