Question: Can i lose 10 pounds in ten days?
-short term
-bmi 28
-168 pounds
-high protein low carb
-1000 calories (i'll add 200 after the 10 days)
-turbo jam 5 rockin work outs
-don't refer me to weebsites
-no other diets either-24% body fat
- i have muscle training
-i do it at top heart rate
-i eat lots of omega 3 and blueberries

its not impossible, but it could just be all ur water weight if it does happen.
however this schedule should get your far, and keep you healthy. if ur doing muscle training it's likely you'll gain weight instead of lose. muscle weights more than fat, but you'll look trimmer. so weight doesnt matter as long as u look and feel your best.



That sounds like the right routine to get the job done, remember not to skip breakfast. That's how you get your metabolism started in the morning. I would cardio all 10 days... maybe even twice a day if you are that serious. It all depends on how stubborn your body fat is.



have fun gaining in back in the next few days. Honestly, the only way to get healthy is a solid diet and workout routine over time, being lazy then crash dieting will only make you look a little better and jeopardize your health.
