Question: How to lose weight fast!?
I need to drop major lbs fast... Any diet tips? In a picky eater, don't like Many veggies, eggs or tuna! And I would like to drop 30 pounds at the least ... As speedily as possible, I have a job interview at a water park! Thanks

workout 3 times a week...watch your diet ++ years...see what works best then keep doing it.



1st: i bet you are beautiful and dont need to lose any weight

2nd: if you want to lose weight quick

- drink lots of water (8-10 glasses a day)
- dont skip meals...eat 3 sensible sized meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and 2 small low calorie snacks
- use weights
- use smaller plates in dark colors (i know it sounds weird, but it works)
- make sure to check the calorie count on what you eat...it may say fat free but it could still be full of calories
