Question: I want to lose fat and gain muscle but no calorie calculators do that, so what do I do?
How many calories should I consume when I want to lose fat and gain muscle? Online calorie counters only ask how much weight you want to lose but I don't really care about weight and don't neccessarily want to lose any. Thanks for your help :)

you can't gain muscle just by eating. bottom line is, you can't lose fat while gaining muscle. you have to chose one, work on it, then when your happy work on the other one.
