aim for one gram of protein for each pound u weigh

20x your current bodyweight in calories
take whey protien and creatine..
creatine cycle on and off..
whey take 1-2 a day
take glutamine...

Supplements aren't some magical device, if what the label says would true we would all look like Ronnie Coleman.

Anyways, Make sure you are in a caloric surplus of your maintenence calories with high protein, food will do the trick, however a shake post workout and before you go to bed would be great.
