How can I stop being anorexic and come back in good shape?!


Question: How can I stop being anorexic and come back in good shape?
So, I accidentally became anorexic by just slowly lowering the amount I eat on a daily biases and have just realized I'm doing this. Now I'm facing two problems first it feels like I cant fit the amount of food I need to eat in a day, and second I don't want to just gain weight and end up fat.
Any suggestions?

The good thing is that I don't think you're anorexic, so it won't be extremely difficult for you to get back into good shape!

Don't try to increase your intake all at once. Just add a small snack a day, here and there, until your daily calorie intake is at least at 1600.. It'll take some time, but just like you gradually lowered your eating, you'll gradually raise it up again.

The trick is, time... It'll take a while, and your metabolism is probably a little slower, so if you try to do it all at once, you definitely will gain a little bit of weight. Just let yourself get used to eating more, and exercise a few times a week besides!

You can't accidentally become anorexic, it's a mental illness. That's like saying you accidentally became schizophrenic. Anyways, since I also don't think you have the illness (unless you provide more details about obsessive tendencies) then just start slowly adding to your daily intake every few days or so. Remember to exercise healthily though, don't overdo it.
