Hell ya it is. Once I stacked the peanut butter by the jelly in the fridge and that worked pretty good, but I don't like refrigerated peanut butter so I took it out. You can also do this if you have a large bucket of chicken from KFC and you want to stack it by your box of biscuits and corn bread. I have done that before and it worked fine. So, yeah... the answer is yes.
