I literally lost about ten pounds in two weeks by not eating after school until dinner. and I wasnt chubby or anything. also, just ask your parents to stop buying cookies and junk food. if its not there, you won't want to eat it as much. also, try drinking water when you're hungry, or grabbing a big diet coke from a vending machine after school to get you through until dinner. this isn't a crash diet, its just making better decisions! :)



http://www.myfitnesspal.com is great...I started using it three days ago and so far so good. You just keep track of what you eat (it prevents over eating)...It also tells you at the end of each day how much you will weigh in 5 weeks if you keep eating like you are eating. Its very helpful!

You can do that if you are eating right what I mean your diet is right. Doing exercises regularly about 1-2hours daily.Have enough rest to gain back energy.



try not to eat alot of processed food, fruits and vegetables of course are good to eat, eat about 1400 calories a day and maybe if you can excercise an hour a day ( cardio or strength)



this might sound really stupid but watch an episode of "I used to be fat" on MTV. i watched this and its like 110 days and they loose like 80lbs. try watching the exercises there doing.
