Which has more calories and which is healthier (Veg. burger vs. beef)?!

Question: Which has more calories and which is healthier (Veg. burger vs. beef)?
My sister had some left over tofu that needed to be used up, so I decided to make vegetarian burgers and I'm just wondering if these are healthier than regular beef burgers. Assuming a normal burger is around 500 calories (counting the bun, cheese, ketchup, ect.) 200-300 of that being the actual patty, would these tofu burgers of more or less calories?

The ingredient list:
2 cups of tofu
1/2 cups of each: mushrooms, bell pepper, onions and tomato
2/3 cups white flour
1 egg white
1 egg
Random seasoning

I know white flour is a big no no but that's all we had at the time. I fried them in olive oil cooking spray (0 calorie). I'm actually surprised that these things stuck together =D lol, considering that I suck at cooking.

P.s each patty is arox. 1/3 inches thick and 3" in diameter.

The veggie burgers are most likely much healthier. They barley contain any cholesterol or saturated fats. Meat has many more calories also.
But yeah, the only thing that wasn't so healthy was the white flour. But that's alright.
