Fully Toned Body in 6 months?!


Question: Fully Toned Body in 6 months?
Okay, before all of you guys give me the usual crap lemme put down a few facts
height: 5'3 (Some say 5'4)
Weight: 130 (give or take a pound)
Sex: Female
Goal: Six Pack, toned thighs, toned arms, maybe lose a bit of face fat. (btw, i already have stomach muscele, bicep muscele, and thigh muscele. It just isnt that visible)
My current Diet: 2 Cokes (1 liter bottles) a day (sometimes its only one), 2 bags of mnms, the usual school food meal (minus veggies and add Xtra fries), and i usually just snack on somthing when i get home. I dont really have a huge dinner.
*Yeah, my diet is kinda atrocious. Its a miracle i havent died yet, huh?)*

I know, before you say anything, lose weight then build muscele to get a toned body. I know, i know.
But the thing is, I have no idea how i'm gonna do this.
For me a good workout is doing 200 bicep curls at a time, 200 walking lunges at a time, and if i have enough patience 200 crunches (yes, at a time)
But apparently i have to do cardio first....
So basically what i'm asking ya mates, is if i wanna get fully toned, what should my plan be, for the next six months? Excercise and diet wise

I know i sound uber stupid, but what i'm telling you here, is the truth. And yes, there's probably a ton of spelling mistakes

Yes your diet is shocking, try to stick to natural foods such as eggs, chicken, fish, steaks, beans etc. Snack on nuts and fruit, drink 4- 8 glasses of water a day. Avoid fizzy drinks and all processed foods as much as possible, the odd one wont hurt much but try to get your diet better.
Don't over analyse the exercise part, you want to be doing full body bodyweight exercises that will get your heart rate right up which will also improve your fitness levels. This workout will work for you and there are loads of other on youtube you can check out

ok well first of all you cant have soda, if you really want try a diet coke...also candy is not going to help if thats what you eat everyday, once in a while is fine...french fries arent healthy at all so stop eating them, eating more natural foods is better for your body such as fruits and vegetables...yes cardio is the way to lose weight and get toned so i would recommend an hour atleast 3 or 4 times a week maybe more, try running or jogging to start with... and drink lots of water not soda
