How do you stop thinking about bad foods while on a diet?!

Question: How do you stop thinking about bad foods while on a diet?
I enjoy bad foods. Buttery, fatty, fried or gooey. It all tastes great to me. It's also the reason I have a huge jiggly belly to lose. So, I'm on a 1200 calorie a day diet. I drink protein shakes and two 250 calorie meals. It's so hard!

I find myself obsessing about food all day long. I look up food online and save recipes. I even talk to my friends about food! How can I stop obsessing about food? I don't want to fall off this diet because I'm seeing results already but it's so frustrating.

going on a 1200 diet will help you lose weight fast, but once you stop the diet, your will gain all those weight back in no time.

Instead of restrict you food intake, eat healthy food. If you like burger, make turkey burger with oven fries. If you love pizza, use whole grain dough with low fat cheese. That way you can still enjoy your food while losing weight.

every time i look at these ridiculous food i don't want to eat fast food anymore

i read an article in seventeen that says that you shouldn't deprive your self

having like a small portion of a junk food once a week should make your 24/7 cravings go away

for example: like one scoop of your favorite ice cream a week

seventeen magazine

Eat healthy, eat until you're satisfied but only eat healthy. (eating too much meat is unhealthy)
and power walk for an hour everyday.

by the way, can you help me publicize my video?

Try an appetite suppressor. It usually works in conjunction with your mental ability to decide against tempting foods.

Been there done that...and succeeded.
