How can I flatten my stomach ASAP?!

Question: How can I flatten my stomach ASAP?
I look like I have a little kid there :( and I'm not too big so it's noticeable.
And I'm not interested interested in a 6-month program or anything. I'm impatient.

Crunchs, planks, and bicycles will strengthen and tone your abdominals, while cardiovascular exercise will burn excess fat around your midsection.

These have to be done together for the best results; you can't simply crunch your way to a flat stomach without having your diet and exercise in line too.

If that isn't fast-track enough for you, there's always wearing a girdle.

Well, you don't watn to flatten your stomach...which is deep in your abdominal cavity...but if you mean your abdomen/belly...the answer lies is doing lots of sit-ups, or using one of thse belly exercising devices, of which there are several. The sit-ups are easier to do if you use a rope or elastic cord held around your feet, so you can more precisely control how much load you are placing on the abdominal muscles. Good luck!!

Let me start the answer by first telling you "The bitter truth" - there is nothing that can reduce your belly fat ASAP.
1.Give it a time: If you want to have a flat stomach in 3 weeks, or two months, forget it. Losing fat takes time, and it’s unhealthy to lose too much weight too fast. Aim for 1-2 lbs. a week. Gradual weight loss is healthier, and more likely to be sustained over time. Go for a lifestyle change, something you can live with for the rest of your life, or you will just yo-yo. It’s a marathon, not a sprint.
2.Cardio, cardio, cardio: Doing all the abs exercises in the world will do nothing if you have a layer of fat covering it. Doing strength training, or lifting weights, would help, but not as much as aerobic exercise. So my plan is to continue my running, and add in swimming and biking. I plan to do at least 30 minutes of cardio 3-4 days a week. On some days I’ll do more — 45 minutes, even more on long days. I’ll start out short for the bike and swim, like I did with running, until I build up my endurance. If you want to add some ab exercises in after the cardio, that’s great, but be sure to work your whole torso, not just the upper abs — that includes the lower abs, lower back and the muscles that wrap around your sides.
3. Less Unhealthy Fat & Sugar: The American diet is typically filled with fat and sugar, and you’ll never get a flat stomach on that recipe. Cut out meat, if you can, and even better, cut out dairy and eggs. But if you can’t, at least eat lean meats (low-fat turkey, skinless chicken breast, lean beef, fish), and stay away from fried food and too many sugary desserts. That doesn’t mean you have to starve yourself — if you’re eating healthy, you can actually eat a lot — or deprive yourself too much, but only eat the bad stuff in moderation.
4. More Healthy Fats,Olives & High fiber foods: Nuts, Avocados, Olives are all good sources of healthy fats which when consumed help reducing unhealthy belly fat. Fiber acts as sponge cleansing your colon, helping in regular bowel movements & cutting down your hunger preventing you from eating more than necessary.

All the best!!

liposuction for fast results. You can't target fat loss, so just doing ab exercises wont get you nowhere, except for a stronger core. Cardio, hiit, and a clean diet will get you where you want to be, but its going to take time and hard work.

I just learned that crunches and things like that won't get rid of stomache fat, it'll just tone the muscle underneath. If you want to get rid of the belly you have to do cardiovascular exercises like running.

Have you tried the Abdomenizer? No wait, that's no good. They have something more up to date.
It's called "The Flex Belt". But it may cause you to get a hairy belly.
But you will have a flat tummy in no time! ;-)

In fat burning you can't really target some areas.
