how can i get a good body?!


Question: How can i get a good body?
i'm 13 & i've got some fat on my stomach , not a lot . but i wanna flat belly . i can't really go running anywhere , is there anything else i can do ? i want a good body for the summer time .

Running is your best bet for toning your body and losing weight in general not to mention that it keeps your lungs and heart super healthy! try jut jogging up and down your street or stay after school and run a few laps around your football or baseball fields. Even if you only run a little every day it will make a big difference in your stomach and leg area.

I would try palates. I do two hours of different methods each night while watching my nightly TV shows. Palates can tone EVERY part of your body. Try looking up videos on you tube or buy DVDs with the routines on there. Once you know them well enough you can do it while doing your homework, watching TV, talking on the phone anything. If you cant afford DVDs look for older ones on VHS at your local thrift store. Don't have a working VCR? you can usually ge one for as little as two dollars from that same thrift store.

You can do what i do to which is to tighten my abdomen muscles every time i walk through a door. You can do this with your leg muscles too when you are working on stuff at school

DIET!!
Stop eating bad stuff. this is a must. Put down the cheese its and twinkies and get a salad at school rather than those nasty chicken sandwiches. Eat salads and fruit.
also you should be DRINKING ONE GALLON of water everyday. Sounds impossible? Don't drink anything else but. Limit yourself to one glass of milk per day and get your calcium from other things. Trust me if you drink more water you start losing weight like crazy

my last tip would be DROP THE CAFFEINE. You are too young girl you don't need it trust me. When you cut out pop and caffeine from your diet you'll drop 5 pounds in two weeks and gradually more every week. EVERY PERSON i have told to do this has dropped weight very quickly!

you're just 13, you still have fat from when you were little. but if you really want to, you should make a way to start exercising. go jump rope out in your garage or something. (since you cant run anywhere :)) )



get a punching bag, and just punch at it continuously non stop for an hour everyday.
