Your proposed strategy of fewer calories combined with a lot of exercise should get your weight down.

Start real slow, the whole key to reaching your goal, is to make working out a habit, if you make it too difficult ( like what you have above) you'll hate it, your body can't change gears so fast either. Starting slow, gets everything in line first, your sleep, digestion, eating. So don't go for numbers, like reps or miles, just do enough to start getting yourself used to exercising. It may feel like the slow way, but it will be faster, you just have to be patient, and the magic will happen! Plus if you push too far too fast, you'll get hurt, which will set you back!

Hey jay, I see that you have concerns for the challenges you face with losing weight. The information that is available to the general public these days is confusing at best, erroneous oftentimes, and an outright lie more than you would care to imagine. I finally found a good solution on a friend of mine's web site.

I had been struggling with the same issues, until I found this website in early 2010 I lost 45 lbs. last year as a result of using this program. Maybe it will help you too.

fat are secreted into intestine to dilute food and absorbed again, if you eat fiber, many of them are not absorbed back
some use chitosan, soap kind of drug, etc
do split the exercise in almost every occasion

and stretching, the fat in the storage are not taken back with blood, but lymph. high blood flow is less effective than wide movement.
