Question: How can i motivate myself to lose 60lb befor fall?
i can go to the gym and workout with no problem....its just the eating the right food i need working on and water

To motivate yourself, you have ask the questions.

1) If you do not lose 60lb, what will have happens to you? Write down at least 15 reasons
2) If you successfully reduce 60lb, what are the good things that will happens to you? Write at least 16 reasons and it should be at least 3 reasons more than qn 1.

The above questions prepare you mentally why you must lose weight. To reinforce, you have take something visual like to shirt or whatsoever, and write the big bold word that you can see everyday when you wake up. E.g, For me i will do a chart to show the pretty dress i going to wear with big bold word that read i will wear this pretty dress to the prom night on 1st May, i will be the attention of the guys that night with a picture of my former slim body or a model with my head replacing hers

Exercise is not the answer. Diet is the answer. It's far less work (yay) and far more effective (yay).

The best motivation is success. My advice: start eating huge mountains of low-calorie foods. Broccoli. Cooked greens. Other vegetables (I prefer cooked. Not too much butter or sauce).

Everyone says not to weigh yourself too often. Wrong. Weigh yourself every day. Knowledge is power. Some days you'll be up. Some days you'll be down. No problem. Perfectly normal. Deal with it. Keep eating the right things. You'll get there.

I've lost over 100 lbs.
