What is a good exercising routine for me?!

Question: What is a good exercising routine for me?
I am 14, 5'2 and 95-100 lbs. I wake up at 6 am, then I leave for school at 7:35.I don't have gym for a while till high school. I don't do any sports, and I get home around 3-5. I live in Alaska so I don't like going outside but I have a treadmill at my house. Then I have to be in bed at least laying down watching a movie at 8-9. ( I don't go to bed though till like 10pm-2am) Well please help. If I have to I am willing to exercise before school.

Eat at least one kind of fruit/vegetable a day. Take a women's vitamin. Drink water and after/during exercising drink gatorade for electrolytes(take tiny sips and spit most of it back out so you dont get cramps.). Dont eat at least 1-2 hours before running, this will give you cramps also. Before or after you go to school you should stretch your arms, legs and anything else for 20 sec's each. Walk for about 2 minutes then start to jog. Get your breathing in a good pace, and always breath IN your NOSE and out your mouth or nose. Keep arms low and hands in a loose fist. For beginners do intervals of 1-2 minutes of jogging then 1-2 for walking for 1 mile. When sprinting do not cross your arms in front of you (you slow yourself down) always keep then at your side and your hands straight and pointy.

For exercising with weights or resistance bands order P90x or just look up some moves on google. Stretch before you do this too.

Or join the Basketball, Volleyball, Track & field, Softball, or Cross Country team.
P.s. if you want a bigger butt then do squats 24/ freaking 7.

Im 15 ran track&field for 2 years and was born/used to live in Alaska!
