cardio. you cant specifically lose fat from a chosen place. your body decides where the fat comes off of. To get the best results from a spot you have a problem with, you have to reduce your overall body fat percentage. Lots of cardio, and free weights a few times a week to build muscle (muscle burns fat 24/7, fat burns absolutely nothing)



Well I lost my belly fat by not cutting out the sugar (I have a sweet tooth and I need to eat a slice of cake everyday)..by not doing that boring and hurtful sit-ups..but by belly dancing. I dunno but it certainly worked for me. I took this bellydancing class last year in NYC. It was one hour every Wednesday night. After three weeks, I noticed that my pants were falling down. I went from a size 5 to size 1. Why don't you try it out. It might work for you too because bellydancing is a great workout and it targets your abdominal area.
