Question: How many pounds could you lose in 100 days?
im going to run, dance, jog, swim this summer.

my goal is at least 40.

what would i need to eat?

Yeah you would lose forty.



Well, about the most you can lose and at a healthy rate, is about a pound a day, but thats being very very intense with you workouts and watching your diet pretty closley.

Eat things that have more grams of protein than fat, so start reading the nutrition lables before you check out at wally world or where ever you like to shop.

Good foods, would be things like: Sliced deli meat. Cottage cheese. Celery dipped in peanut butter. Low fat yogurt, eggs, and tuna!

Eggs with buttered toast and bacon, is NOT all that great, the eggs are good depending how you cook them, but bacon is one of the worst things you can eat. Toast and butter is fine, just try not to load it up, if thats something you like to have in the mornings.

you would lose a lot. but if you gain muscle too, you will never really know. coz muscle is heavier than fat. its really hard to determine how fit you are by just the weight you lost.

i lost around 20 pounds in 100 days, but also gained muscle.
