Good diet tips please?!


Question: Good diet tips please?
I'm dieting. Im eating less, exercising more, and when I'm hungry I eat an apple or something as a snack. Is there anything else i can do? I dont want to have to count calories or stop eating all the foods I love so I've just been eating less...

Drink lots of water.


However, about the eating... You won't be able to keep up eating less forever. You have to change your life style habits. If you typically eat a bunch of unhealthy food, you'll go back to that once you've reached the weight you want to reach.

You can keep your favorite foods...but just don't have them as often and be aware of serving sizes when dealing with them. For instance...i love potatoes. In every way possible. I'm currently trying to lose weight and they're not the best to eat. Right now, i have them maybe twice a month, 1/2 cup. Or chocolate? I have 2 hershey kisses every couple weeks. Holds me over.

Diet is 80% of weight loss and maintaining weight. In order to maintain, lifestyles being changed. You gained the weight for a reasons...usually because of eating habits.



The easiest way to lose weight that ive found is this diet system... I highly recommend it.
