try buying a large tub of fat free vanilla yogurt...and each day you eat some of it...slice a banana up into the portion your gonna eat...or get some cans of fruit and put some of that into your yogurt portion.....(minus the canned syrup) taste real good and its healthy too

Take it from a university student that oatmeal is the cheapest per meal, given the nutrition in it. And it is really good for you, lots of fibre and it is filling. I mix it with milk and brown sugar and it's delicious. I also eat eggs everyday, but the point is that oatmeal is the cheapest
Corn flacks, oat meals boil eggs and fruits. These things are easily available and I don't think these costs much.
