Question: DOING PILATES?? THE PROS? THE CONS(if there are any??)?
Hey I'm 13, and I'm thinking about doing pilates excersizes? And buying a mat (which isn't a big deal cause they're cheap) and so on. BUT I want "abs" or a toned stomache. If I do LOTS of different pilates work out EVERYDAY for oh let's say...30-40 mins each day how long will the results show?
And I'll probably be doing other pilates excersizes, that aren't ONLY for my stomache

what are the pros of doing pilates? And the cons? And should I do this? Or will this be a waste of time? I want to get a toned stomache and legs, and butt P: will this work? If i do the right kinds of pilates I mean. Anyway THANKS!
