Seven days is a little far fetched and unhealthy but the best way to reduce belly fat is by eating less carbs,more protein,doing cardio 30 min 3-4 times a day and drinking alot of water and less sodium intake...oh and no food after 7 pm and by eating carbs ealier during the day so your body has more time to burn the calories...eat lots of chicken breast and tuna!!!!
You can try this. In the early morning, in empty tummy, have some 3 spoons of honey mixed in a glass of hot plain water. Drink it. And just jog for half and hour. Continue this for atleast 90 days. You will see the result.
hmmm.I think you should eat three meals a day and snack 2 times a day and sleep 9 or so hours a day.... just with timing.... also try cutting your normal portion size in half... you could also watch what you eat?
