I really need to loose weight. what is an amazing diet that you've tried that is just fantastic! :)

Your body can only store fat when you eat excessive sugars and net-carbs within certain short time frames (more than 10g of sugar + net carbs per hour can activate production of fat storage hormones, and any extra calorie of any food type (protein, sugar/carb or fat) that you body doesn't need for it's energy useage will be stored as new fat cells). By properly controlling your sugar + net-carb intake, your body will drop into a healthier mode of using body fat and dietary fat for energy, and is virtually unable to store new fat from a dietary standpoint (certain female hormones levels can also stimulate fat storage though)

So, the best eating lifestyle for a lean body in my personal experience is one that includes *lots of different veggies* (raw, lightly steamed or light sauteed in healthy fat oils), various natural healthy fat foods like low/no salt nuts, all-natural nut butters (without the evil bread and crackers!!!), various beans (black, white, navy, kidney, etc), eggs, milk, plain yogurt, quality low/no salt zero-nitrate meats, etc. The occasional whole/multi-grain cereal/flour/cereal item is OK (like brown rice, oatmeal, etc.), but remember that those foods can still have a high net-carb amount in many instances, despite their nutrient and fiber value.

Remember that dietary natural fats (including saturated) and cholesterol isn't what makes you fat or unhealthy (quite the opposite actually), it's the excessive sugar + net carbs that you eat which causes virtually every health-related chronic condition, including obesity. It's a complete myth, based on bad 60+ old science/studies that natural fats (including saturated) are bad for you. Even natural saturated fats have either a neutral or beneficial effect on the body, depending upon the exact type it is. The only unhealthy fats out there are man-mutated trans/hydrogenated fats, and heavily refined/heated vegetable oils used in most processed "pre-packaged" foods (like cottonseed oil, soybean oil, corn oil, etc.)



You can lose weight if you use correct way. I tried many way, but could not lose weight. I found the best way that works just amazing for anyone. I lost my weight fast using this weight loss way. Dont know your age/weight/height enough to determine exactly how much food you need, btut basically stick to a healthy diet of lean meat, fruit, veggies, eggs, whole wheat stuff and find out the right amount of calories to eat per day that will make you lose weight.



To lose weight you need good discipline and good eating habits, start with a bit of exercise a day (enough to start 10 min) and in a week you will feel better, fish, eggs, cereals and vejetales made me lose 26 pounds in 1 month, can you believe it?

diets dont work. Go vegetarian, or better yet vegan for a few months. youll lose weight, learn how to cook healthy food at home, stop eating junk, have better skin hair and nails, look sexy, be more energized, and happier =)
