Is there such a thing as a NO SUGAR DIET?!

Question: Is there such a thing as a NO SUGAR DIET?
I know there's one for diabetics but is there one to lose weight? I'm wondering because I have a lot of trouble losing weight and would like to try a diet that just restricts one thing (to make it easier on my mind) there's a no flour no sugar diet to lose weight, but idk if there's one with just no sugar. (I could live off apples hummus and pita bread, so I'm wondering if I'll lose weight from that) and also, fruits don't count as sugar right?

yes the Inuits have been on it for centuries...

You can have sugar-free food (Splenda) and fruits are count as glucose. Honey and other natural sweetners are allowed. It is possible but sugar are nearly in all processed foods with people realizing it (in dairy products, canned foods, etc.) so if you can avoid all processed foods and only eat natural and organic food, it is possible.

, I empathize with your plight, it is not an easy process to lose weight. Mostly because you will have difficulty maintaining a program that does not consider your life style. The information available to dieters both online and off is in the majority of instances garbage, engendered by the latest money sucking scam diet, or major food packaging players, who are only interested in revenue streams.

There is sugar in fruit, hummus and pita bread. Pretty much everything you'll eat has some form of sugar in it whether its natural or not unless you just eat meat
