Normal depends on bone density, height as well as age so normal for a slight child would be very different for a heavy boned taller one

i dont think there is a "normal" weight.
but when i was 11, i was about 25-30kgs..

depends on height. my niece is 5'3" and 100 lbs. she's a stick though.
