What's better, Just Right: Special K: Wheetbix?!

Question: What's better, Just Right: Special K: Wheetbix?
I'm just wondering what cereal is better out of those 3 choices :) haha
I got to a boarding school and that's basically all the choices I can have for breakfast,
so which one is better/healthier?

thanks :)

Answers:

Just Right and Wheetabix !
I'd highly suggest the Wheetabix- it's wholegrain (source of essential nutrient's and fiber aswell as lower in sugar than most cereals)
Try a serving of 2-4 Wheetabix with a cup of 1-2% milk, fresh/ dried/ frozen/ juice'd fruit with nuts/ seeds or slice of toast and natural peanut butter or with another source of protein (eg: egg/ turkey- chicken bacon, etc)

Using http://www.calorieking.com.au/today/

1 serving, 3/4 cup (30g) of Kellogg's: Breakfast Cereals: Special K, Original contains :
113 calories, 0.1 gms of total fat, 5.9 gms of protein, 21.2gms of total carbs, 4.4 gms of sugar & 0.8gms of fibre & 161mgs of sodium

1 serving, 2 biscuits (30g) of Sanitarium: Breakfast Cereals: Weet-Bix contains:
107 calories, 0.4gms of total fat, 0.1 sat fat, 3.7gms of protein, 20.1 of total carbs, 1 gm of sugar, 3.3 gms of fibre & 87 mgs of sodium

1 serving, 3/4 cup (45g) of Kellogg's: Breakfast Cereals: Just Right, Original contains
160 calories, 671 0.7gms of total fat, 0.2gms of sat fat, 4 gms of protein, 32gms of total carbs, 14gms of sugar, 3.8gms of fibre & 14mgs of sodium

Out of the three cereals, both weet-bix and just right contain adequate amounts of fibre
However::
Just right has the lowest amount of sodium & contains the most sugar and total carbs.
Weetbix has the highest amount of sodium & contains the least sugar and total carbs.
And both have similar amounts of fibre and protein.

weatabix or shredded wheat... they don't have all the sugar or salt added like the others do, they are wholemeal and higher fibre

Weetbix is the lesser of the 3 evils.
