Question: Will mixed walking nd jogging good exercise to lose some weight?
like walking for 40 minutes most of the time brisk walking then jog for 10 minutes, will that actually help?

i do it 6 times a week.

oh nd my diet's healthy too.

Yes this is in my opinion the best exercise for losing weight since it burns more calories then pretty much any other form of aerobic exercise. Also make sure you are watching how many calories your eating and drinking.



The Couch to 5k plan uses a similar system to build up endurance for newbie joggers. Basically you jog for a bit, then walk, then jog, then walk. Each time you go out you increase the time you jog for and decrease the time you walk, until you can jog non-stop. I did it myself, and went from barely being able to jog for 500m, to being able to jog non-stop for 5km. You can read about it here:

Yes it will. That's a better way to do it. Start with what you said and then next week do 30 min of walking and 20 min of running if you add a little more running and less walking before you know it you'll be as fit as can be.
