What is a good diet for losing weight?!


Question: What is a good diet for losing weight?
I am a fourteen year old male trying to lose weight for a cosplay at a convention, I would like to try to avoid diets that promote muscle gain as im trying to gain a slim figure. Also, I am not looking for a answer denoting a general diet, such as saying "A diet rich in x and y". I am actually asking for something denoting a absolute diet, I am even fine with eating the same meals every day, in fact I quite enjoy order. So could some one please assist me?

Just as a side note, I do exercise quite regularly.

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.
