Is "Make your body, your machine" the same as "make your body you!

Question: Is "Make your body, your machine" the same as "make your body your gym"?
TRX is suing GoFit for something that in my oppinion is totally crazy. "Make your body, your machine" is not the same as "make your body, your gym." What do you guys think?

A few things about Fitness Anywhere. It's owned by Omid A. (Ali) Mantashi and his Partner Randal Hetrick. Montashi seems to be the brain behind the operation. Every patent and trade mark is filed by Mantashi. They seem to have filed at least 3 suit over last 6 months. They are very much over reaching in comparing make your body your machine to make your body your gym. It took Fitness Anywhere 7 years to get a patent, in most peoples oppinion would imply a weak patent. Some of their trademark word seem to be weak also.
Fitness Anywhere have sent numerous Sease and Desease letters to various suspension gym manufacturers. GoFit is a rather large company, which seems to be willing to fight Fitness Anywhere. So far it looks like Fitness Anywhere, despite their huge (possible false) claim for large profits, is not very much willing to fight and is backing down.

It's a little bit too close, especially as they are both in the same business. It's like if Burger King changed their slogan to "I'm Lovin' This", McDonlads would have a pretty good case to take them to court. If they were in a different business to one another they'd not have the same problem.
