How to lose weight VERY fast?!


Question: How to lose weight VERY fast?
I'm 13 years old and I'm a girl. My height is 5'0 and my weight is about 43 kg. Ok I'll admit, I reaaaaalllllyyyy am insecure and I want to slim down to 40 kg :( Can you guys suggest to me any tips on how to do so? :)

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).



Exercise is very useful for minimizing the 'plateau' effect of dieting, which occurs within a few weeks of starting a diet, as the body 'adjusts' to a lower calorie-intake. Here are some simple tips:

you must stay within these 3 guidelines...and you will lose 10 lbs roughly each month.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals)



Juice & Smoothie FAST!
A fast is when you abstain from eating. but instead of eating drink smoothies and juices for one week.

Drink fruit smoothies when ur hungry (not the ones with yoghurt or ice cream, the ones with fruits and ice!)

Do this for one week, whenever ur hungry drink some fruit juice or smoothie, I lose 5 kilos doing this in one week, and I wasn't even overweight.

It's not unhealthy, it's called "Detox".



Sweetheart, you're 13 and barely weigh 95 lbs. in US terms. You are not overweight. At your age, you are not even close to being done growing, so you may be surprised in a few years. There is no way to predict whether you'll grow taller or whether you'll fill out more as you grow toward womanhood.

Finally, in reality, 3 kg/6.6 lbs. on a human adult is insignificant. It's just a number on a scale and does not always accurately reflect body composition (fat vs water vs bone vs organs vs muscle).



There's only one sure-fire way to lose weight safely and effectively. That's the old-fashioned 'diet and exercise routine'.
