Oh! Best detox is the the Juice and Smoothie fast.
For one week, whenever you're hungry don't eat but drink a fruit smoothie or some fruit juice. (not those smoothies with yogurt or ice cream, but the ones with fruit and ice)
For one week, best detox I ever had. Flattened and firmed my belly, goes well with some cardio everyday too (but not a must)
Detox/flush diet are just gimmicks that at best cause you to lose some water weight. None of them remove toxins or anything else, and in most cases they make it harder for the body to get rid of toxins.
When you go on a very low calorie diet, like most detox diets, you start draining your glycogen (energy) stores.
A lot of water is stored with glycogen, so when you drain your glycogen stores you also lose a lot of water weight. This can be anything up to 10lbs, if not more, so in the first couple of weeks you might think you’ve lost loads of weight.
The problem is that when you return to a normal diet your glycogen stores are replenished, and as glycogen is replenished so is the water that’s stored along with it.

you must stay within these 3 guidelines...and you will lose 10 lbs roughly each month.
1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.
(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals)

You don't need a special detox diet. Drink plenty of water. Stick with fresh fruits and veggies and lean protein. You'll lighten up and feel better. No tricks. Get some extra exercise in too (walking will do).
