Question: How to make a weight loss partnership fun ?
My best friend and I live across the world from each other, and we both need to lose weight ! Since we both don't have "partners" in the countries we're in, we decided to motivate each other. Right now, we're making it a type of competition. At the end of each month, whoever has lost the most, gets a present. We also thought, we could "weigh in" with each other each week, and set a weight loss goal for that week for the other person.

Anyone have any other good ideas? :D

Exchange and make up new meals together,share what u ate 4 the day,look thru old pictures and take out the 1s u love,and post them if theres anything that u didnt care 4,change it along the way down,like me i needed ta work onmy skin as well as my weight,try different things with my hair,share the things u look 4ward ta doin after the weight is gone,most of all enjoy it when its gone.
