If you weighed 145 you would need to eat 145-150 pounds of protein every day.
I wouldn't suggest using more than 30 grams of weigh protein per day.
NATURAL peanut butter (to avoid the hydrogenated oils), natural yogurt, chicken, whole oats, stuff like that. Eggs.
You don't really need to eat that much protein on its own. You just need to increase your intake of ALL foods you eat. Some people eat loads of junk and little protein and still put on a lot of weight.
What you want is to exercise a lot, and eat a lot more of the 5 basic food groups.
