Is it better to eat more and exercise more?!


Question: Is it better to eat more and exercise more?
Is it better for the metabolism to eat 2000 calories and exercise to burn off 1000 calories or is it the same to just eat 1000 calories without exercising?

If you only eat 1000 calories your body will probably go into starvation mode and try to save every calorie you consume. Eat 2000 calories and work out to burn 300-500 is almost working out too much, but at least safer than only 1000 calories. dont forget, your body needs to have enough energy to work out and it needs to have its daily nutritional values filled.

Intentionally working out to burn half the calories you consume is the sign of an eating disorder, and thats a slippery slope.



Exercise will pretty much always be better than no exercise.

But what is your purpose?



First option is better.
but it would be best if you would burn 1400-1500 :)
