WHat if only takes you 3-4 days to get in shape?!


Question: WHat if only takes you 3-4 days to get in shape?
When I get fat and sloppy It only usually takes me like 3-4 days at the most to get back in shape, see my abs visible . and Ive had like gotten my self so out of shape one time, went from my normal weight 160 lbs at 5-7% bf to like 180 something lbs with over 10% bf seemingly overnight, but I seem to always be able to bounce back in to peak condition in about 3 to 4 days of cardio and dieting no matter where I seem to be at. My question is, why am I able to do this, Is it because im young, or something?

youth has something to do with it- and your naturally fast metabolism. Just wait until after your thirties- that will slow you down and when you hit forty things change again.

But in the meantime, enjoy it- women all over the world are totally envious :)

Don't take that for granted.

Develop good habits and a motivation to keep those habits with exercise and good eating.

Or else some day you may find yourself at a stupid stressful job drinking beer and watching football and being 40 pounds overweight and not being able to change because your metabolism slowed down.
