Question: Which of these is the best choice for starting the day?
1. Cornflakes
2. Kellog's all bran
3. Quaker oats
4. Vegetable sandwich made out of brown bread

Answers:

Quaker oats.
It's a whole grain and provides many great nutrients!

unless the brown bread is 100% whole wheat, rye, or pumpperknickel
& depending what is in the sandwhich, they could be equally as good.

Cornflakes & kellogs have alot of vitamins but there also very sugary. Think of a poptart, they contain vitamins but most people think of them as a treat.
