Question: Will this make me loose weight?
If I eat less than 1,000 calories everyday. Nothing but Fish, Chicken, Fruits, Milk/Water and Vegetables? Would this make me loose weight? And Also Would It reduce the amount of fat on my face, and boobs and stomach?

As far as losing weight in a specific area, there is no way except surgery. Your body will reduce it from where it wants to, but generally it comes from the area with the most build up first.
