Question: Am I doing something wrong? How to lose arm fat?
I do cardio 3,4, or 5 days a week for an hour, but i am not getting results for my arms.
I also work out my arms too..and i eat a balanced,healthy diet. but i haven't noticed anything!

Cardio: is that for your legs? No wonder you're not getting results for your arms.

Are you doing push-ups? How about back push-ups? Are you using weights? When you put your hands on the edge of a chair and your feet on the floor, your back to the chair though, and do somewhat a squat position . . . hard to describe. Do them 2-3x a week. If you skip a week, they get flabby again.



Actually, you don't need to diet in fact to lose weight, I discovered this at the web portal in the box below, they have loads of instruction, I melted away 10 pounds by doing as they advised. Have a great day!

Do toning work outs. You can find them on any search engine. Also focus less on treadmills and focus more on cardio that use your arms equally to your legs.
