Question: Do sketchers shape ups work?
I've done the whole eating right thing and exercise for weight loss. I want the shoes to help give me a weight loss boost. But before I spend the $100 want to know if they really work. Anyone have experience with these shoes????

They don't shape your backside. That's been soundly proven to be a false claim. But I own a pair and find that they're easy on my knees. I have arthritis in both, and even a little walking leaves me too sore to do more than hobble around the next day. But in my Shape-ups I do better.
For most people its just a way to justify not getting your *** to the gym, that and a marketing scheme
