Question: Want to burn fat but, not lose weight?
I'm in nice shape i'm a weight lifter and been doing it for about a year now and real strong but, still have fat from back when I used to be not active so how do I burn the fat but, keep the weight ?
I'm 5'7 200 pounds 18 years old
I play basketball about 3 times a week since last month and lift weights 3 days out the weeks

Sounds like you exercise quite a bit.

I would say you need to eat healthier.

Cut out all sodas, drink more water, cut out fast food, eat only when you feel hungry.

Eat whole oats, fruits (not fruit juice), vegetables, fish, nuts, stuff that grows in the earth.

Even diet sodas contain chemicals that can make people fat.

I suggest doing weights. You burn a lot of calories and fat that weigh and you don't lose weight because you build muscle mass.
