Question: Rock Hard Abs or Thin layer of Fat?

Does it make a big difference to women if a man has rock hard abs vs. a thin layer of fat on his abs? For example if the guy has a thin layer of fat on his abs, and would only need to lose 10 pounds of fat to get rock hard.

Your fitness levels should be about yourself, and promoting your own self-esteem. That's what woman like.

You can have both - your abs aren't visible unless your at a pool or a beach. because if your showing them off anywhere else - the looks you get wont be of admiration. Ya know?

Personally I prefer slight abs or none vs. rock hard abs. I'm not saying I like fat guys, but to me super buff guys are a turn off.

why have a layer of fat when you can get the rock hard abbs???
