5)Bench-pressing-try bench-pressing without too much strain on your hands.
6)Dumbbell lifting-Do this while sitting as it can bend your spine if you do this while standing.
7)Eat good food until you reach your aim. Also eat foods like celery,chillies etc which increase metabolism and burn calories even as you rest
8)DON'T go on a diet-your body stores fat when you do.
9)eat small quantities in more frequencies.
10)Don't eat junk
