Have i eaten too much today?!


Question: Have i eaten too much today?
today i have eaten the following:

breakfast - small scone with jam and half a glass of fresh juice - 300 calories
snack - low fat hot chocolate and 2 mini eggs - 130 calories
lunch - cracker biscuits and some grapes - 150 calories
supper - small baked potato with tuna, cucumber and light salad dressing - 350 calories

is this too much? i am really trying to lose weight; i am worried i have not eaten a good amount of food today :(

also im 5"1 and weight about 96; i want to lose a stone; is eating about this much a day the right way to lose weight or should i eat less?

first off your body is in starvation mode from undereating.
you are at a very unhealthy weight, ou should be gaining not losing!

who told you to go on a diet? ill pound them!! LOL!
im sure your already beautiful and SUPER skinny, and you dont need to lose a single pound.
pleas try and gain to 100, or at least maintain your weight. i was like this when i wa syounger (except i was at 120 pounds), and then i nearly developped annorexia.

swetie, i dont mean to scare you, but you know what happens to girls bellow a certain body fat percentage? let me tell you.

-they lose their period
-their hair falls out
-their nails break
-they have no energy left
- it destroys their body, hurts the people they love, and most importantly could be deadly.

well its good to know your older. ive seen kids where they just go around starving themselves and never really end up growing. healthwise. its really horrible.
i know it sounds a bit weird, i scrolled through some of your post on Y!A, and honestly, you a very pretty girl. your super thin and you have nothing to worry about.
i dont know why you ARE worrying. your fine the way you are. please DONT try adn lose weight, its so unatractive to be super skinny. jueast eat a healthy 2000 calories a day to maintain, (or at LEAST 1800 daily), you will maitain your weight, no woorries. good luck, and im sure whatever you do, youll be fine!!

WTF?!?! You're 96 pounds and want to lose another stone? Are you crazy? You'll put yourself in intensive care if you attempt this. Already, you are way too thin.

You're eating a lot less than you should be for your age as I'm assuming you're a teenage girl. You should be eating at least double that amount every day and what's more you're dangerously underweight.

Please speak to a doctor or a nutritionist as soon as possible before you do any permanent damage to your health.



That is a little less than i would suggest. A average person is supposts to eat about 1500 calories per day. But that amount depends on your weight and size. If you are trying to loose weight than, that seems like a good amount if you were littler! Working out will help, and drinking water helps almost everything



This is guaranteed to make you GAIN weight, not lose it. And where, may I ask, are your vegetables? You must have problems pooing ....

What you are doing is making your body store whatever energy you do give it, because you are not eating anything like enough. You should be eating 4 times as much just to stay healthy. This is NOT healthy.

that's a really good balanced diet. the key to loosing weight is to eat less and excercise more. You could enhance your diet by adding meat, and a good excercise plan (try going for a jog or something) goooood luck! x

Stop looking in the mirror. You cannot see yourself as others see you. Your brain will fool you. You could weigh 110 and still be only 20.7. I don't know why you think you are overweight, but if you are looking at models and actresses, don't be fooled. They are underweight so that they can be padded out to look good on film.
You can have health problems if you are underweight. To be healthy, you have to have reasonable amount of protein and fiber moving through your body every day.
