Question: I weigh 145 pounds and im trying to lose 25 pounds by the summer. I'm 5"2.?
The main places that I'm trying to lose weight are my stomach, back, and arms. I want to tone my legs and my butt. I am currently a member at bally total fitness and would liike to know how to go about losing this weight and what diet plan should I be on

Eat fruits and vegetables like ALL THE TIME. That's the most important thing. Green tea is crucial too. It kicks your metabolism & it helps lose weight. Water builds stronger bones & hydrates you. It cleanses your body too. Make sure you get at least 6-8 cups of water a day.

To tone your butt & thighs/legs..run on the treadmill or outside. That's the best thing. Situps in the morning and at night work too. I do 50 situps in the morning and 50 at night. Sometimes a couple during the day if i'm bored too. Lifting weights helps with your arms to tone and lose the fat. Count your calories everyday. I use www.myfitnesspal.com for a calorie counter/exercise counter. It's really amazing! I wish you the best of luck & i bet you will be able to lose some weight by summer!

green tea is a diuretic, it just makes you lose water. most of the "quick fixes" are worse for you than that weight is. the only solution is exercise and small, plentiful meals. 3 meals a day= bad. 6 small meals a day = losing weight. just eat balanced
