Could someone help me with a home muscle-building routine?!

Question: Could someone help me with a home muscle-building routine?
I don't live close to a gym, so I'd like to exercise at home. I have a treadmill, although it's being fixed atm, and a rowing machine. I don't have any weights, so what can I use instead?

Also how can I build my chest? I've been doing push-ups everyday for quite some time now but don't se an improvement?

P90X, a set of dumbbells, push up supports, and a pull up bar. it's all you need.

push ups on closed fists
aka close your fist and make a push up on your knuckles , it will be hard but gradually you 'll get used to it
and try crossing your legs above each other while doing it , usefull for your back
do the abdomen training , abs
for the chest you need weights
and oh you do it with tens (10 's ) and gradually go up with the number

don't harm ppl when you get stronger ^__^

Push ups will help, although not as much as bench pressing. Since you don't have weights, your only option is to increase your reps. Do each push-up very slowly and carefully. Try to flex your chest muscles while you do them. You can occasionally throw in some explosive fast push-ups where you push yourself in the air slightly. If you get strong enough, you could try one-arm push-ups, but that's a lot harder. Also, if you're not seeing gains, it could be your diet. Here are some good bodybuilding foods: http://want-2-b-healthy.blogspot.com/201… I eat mostly stuff from that list, and I've made a lot of gains.

Dips are some of the best for your chest. If you have two stable bars at least shoulder length away, that can sustain a few hundred pounds, do those. You hold the bars, and have yourself pushed up. Then you go down with your head forward, and body going forward. You keep going down until your arms are parallel, then you push back up.

That works your chest a lot, but you need strong bars.

pushups are the best chest workout. try different types of pushups too
